Wells Fargo’s corporate and team member giving broke records in 2015.
- For the seventh consecutive year, corporate giving exceeded $200 million — totaling $281.3 million in donations in 2015.
- For the 13th consecutive year, team members donated more money to nonprofits than they had the previous year and volunteered more time.
- Team members donated $98.8 million to more than 30,000 nonprofits and volunteered 1.86 million hours with more than 40,000 nonprofits.
United Way Worldwide, for the seventh consecutive year, has named Wells Fargo’s Community Support Campaign the No. 1 workplace giving campaign in the U.S., with $69.7 million donated during the September campaign.
“Our team members’ commitment of their personal time and financial resources is a direct reflection of just how much they care for the communities where they live and work,” says Jon Campbell, head of Government and Community Relations.
