“Little” brother Aaron has been helped through hard times with Wells Fargo’s Tracy Dieterich.

In mentoring a teenager, volunteer comes full circle

A Wells Fargo team member who was a “little” with Big Brothers Big Sisters now volunteers as a “big,” mentoring a teenager in Houston.

June 10, 2014

Tracy Dieterich of Wells Fargo Insurance knows the value of a supportive adult in a kid’s life.

His mother turned to Big Brothers Big Sisters when he was young, and his “big” mentored him for several years — acting as a role model and exposing him to new things.

Now Tracy gives back to the organization that meant so much to him by mentoring a teenager. He also serves on the board of directors of the Houston affiliate of Big Brothers Big Sisters.
